1. About these terms

These terms describe use of the Aralas Creative website and the general framework for arranging our services. A separate written proposal, order or client agreement sets the specific terms of a paid engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement takes priority for that engagement, subject to applicable law.

Nothing on this page removes any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website and use our articles and free resources for your own learning and internal business planning. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or misrepresent your identity.

Website copy, designs and resources belong to Aralas Creative or their respective rights holders. Unless a resource expressly permits it, do not republish, resell or claim our materials as your own. Third-party logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners and do not, by themselves, indicate endorsement.

3. Starting a project

Sending an enquiry, requesting samples or booking a discovery call does not by itself create a paid engagement. A free discovery call carries no purchase commitment.

Before paid work starts, we agree in writing on the services, deliverables, schedule, price, responsibilities and applicable commercial terms. Website plan descriptions provide a starting point; your accepted agreement defines the work we commit to deliver. Additional services require a separate agreement.

The email enquiry forms prepare a draft in your own email app. Your enquiry is delivered only after you send that email.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver agreed work, we may need accurate product information, approved brand assets, appropriate account access and timely feedback. You are responsible for having permission to use the materials you provide and for identifying restrictions, required disclosures and substantiation for product or advertising claims.

Provide access through suitable account permissions where possible. Do not send passwords or payment card details through website forms. Delays in assets, access or approvals may require us to agree a revised schedule.

5. Fees and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars, or in pounds for UK clients, and exclude VAT where it applies. Your Order confirms the plan, price and currency before work starts.

Monthly plans are billed each month in advance from your start date: the day we have the access we need and your onboarding call has happened. They renew on the same date each month, and we email you 7 days before each renewal. One-off services are paid upfront. Paid campaign management is 10% of the previous month’s actual ad spend, with a minimum fee of $150 (£120), billed monthly in arrears. You pay your advertising budget directly to the ad platform, never to us. There are no setup fees.

We take card payments by default, and bank transfer on request. If a payment fails, we retry it over 7 days. If it’s still unpaid after 7 days, work pauses; after 30 days, the plan ends. Work you’ve already paid for stays yours.

6. Revisions, approvals and scope changes

The client agreement defines the number of revisions, approval process, delivery dates and what counts as a deliverable. A request outside that scope may affect the price or schedule; we will agree those changes before undertaking the additional work.

Approval responsibilities and publishing permissions should be confirmed at setup. Any material change to a product, promotion, stock position or approved claim should be communicated before the affected content is published.

7. Content, permissions and ownership

You retain your rights in the materials and accounts you bring to a project. You give us the permissions needed to use those materials and access those accounts for the agreed work.

The client agreement must specify ownership or licensing of final deliverables, any payment conditions for transfer, and treatment of working files, templates and third-party assets. These website terms do not automatically transfer intellectual property or grant portfolio permission.

Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. AI may assist with research, writing or design, with human review of final work. The permitted use of generated imagery and any relevant rights limitations should be addressed in the project agreement. We do not promise that AI-assisted material is exclusive or copyright-protectable in every jurisdiction.

8. Results and third-party platforms

We commit to the deliverables agreed with you. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, follower growth, search rankings, AI citations, advertising approval or a particular return on spend. Results also depend on your offer, website, audience, budget, competition and changes made by outside platforms.

Samples and illustrative designs demonstrate a creative direction; they are not evidence of client performance. Blog articles and downloadable resources provide general information and do not replace advice specific to your circumstances.

Scheduling, social, search, advertising and other third-party services operate under their own terms. Their availability, policies and decisions can affect delivery. We will discuss material effects on agreed work and the available next steps.

9. Cancellation, pauses and refunds

There is no minimum term. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date, by email or from your billing portal, and you won’t be charged again. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we deliver that month’s work. You can pause once a year for up to a month. Upgrades take effect straight away; downgrades from your next billing date. We give 30 days’ notice of any price change.

We don’t guarantee results, but we do guarantee the work. If we miss something your plan promises in a month, the missed part is credited to your next month, or refunded if you’re leaving. Work we prepared but couldn’t publish because of a delay on your side counts as delivered and rolls forward one month. Months that have started aren’t refunded. One-off services are fully refundable until work starts.

When a plan ends, within 5 working days we send a final report, hand over your files, remove our access to your accounts, and delete your customer data within 30 days. To make a change, email hello@aralascreative.com.

10. Confidentiality and personal information

Non-public business information shared for a project should be used only to evaluate or deliver the agreed services and disclosed only to people who need it for that work, unless disclosure is authorised or required by law. Any additional confidentiality and data processing requirements should be recorded in the client agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries, booking details and related information are handled. Do not provide customer datasets or sensitive information until the appropriate access and data handling arrangements have been agreed.

11. Responsibility and resolving concerns

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Contact us if you notice a problem. Confirm the current scope and price in writing before relying on them for a purchase.

Liability, any agreed limitations, governing law and dispute procedures for a paid engagement should be specified in the client agreement, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a concern, email us with the relevant project or page details so we can review it and discuss a resolution.

These terms are for business customers. They’re governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them removes rights the law doesn’t allow us to remove.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms and will identify the current version with the date on this page. An update does not automatically change an existing signed client agreement; changes to that agreement follow its agreed process.
